Automatic Hydraulic Brick Making Machine 

The Process of Autoclaved Sand-lime Brick Making Machine Plant:

1. Raw material preparation

In autoclaved limesand brick production line, the main materials are lime and sand, river sand, sea sand, Aeolian sand, sand deposition and Concentrator tail minerals. It will need jaw crusher, ball mill, in order to reduce covers an area of each one, adopt crushing and mixing mill at the same time.

After the jaw crusher, the size should be less than 30mm, materials will be sent to the ball mill by belt conveyor for fine grinding. Then send them into the store bin.

2. Ingredients mixing and electric dosing section

Main ingredients have fly ash, sand (slag), quick lime, sand can be added amount more than 65% highest, that will be digeste more industrial waste and reduce the product cost. (also need mixer, electrooptical dosing machine, and electric control system, DHL serial mixing roll mill and belt conveyor).

3. Full Automatic Brick Moulding

Now we provide four types brick making  machines: DY1250, DY1100, DYS850 and DYS430 brick making machine, you can choose them according your specific capacity. 

4. Autoclaved Lime-sand Brick Autoclaved Maintenance

In this stage, we use autoclaves and boiler, auxiliary equipments including steaming Larry (autoclave car/vehicle), ferry vehicle and windlass.
